What’s in the Box
Your package includes:
- 1 Inflatable Punching Bag
- 1 Pair of Gloves
- 1 PVC Repair Patch
- 1 Wrist Strap
- 1 Instruction Manual
How to Set It Up
1. Fill the base with water
Unscrew the cap, remove the water plug, and fill the base with about 5–6 gallons of water. Then close the water plug tightly and screw the cap back on.
2. Check the valves first
All 3 valves have a double-seal design, so firmly press the inner plug closed first before inflating.
3. Inflate the base
Use a medium nozzle to inflate the base, then close the valve tightly and push it fully into the air chamber.
4. Inflate the connection section
Use a small nozzle to inflate the connection section, then close the valve tightly and push it into the air chamber.
5. Inflate the punching bag
Use a medium nozzle to inflate the punching bag, then close the valve tightly and push it into the air chamber.
6. Ready to punch
Once everything is inflated and sealed, your punching bag is ready for play.
Helpful Tips
Seal the valves tightly
To help prevent quick air leaks, make sure each valve is fully closed and pushed in securely after inflating.
Check air before play
Before each use, give it a quick check and add air if needed for the best bounce-back performance.
Do not overinflate
Inflate until each section feels firm and full, but avoid overinflating.
Good to Know
If the punching bag seems to lose air quickly, please check whether the valves are fully sealed first. In many cases, the issue is caused by a valve that was not completely closed or pushed in all the way.
Let the Fun Begin
Now it’s time to put on the gloves and start punching. Enjoy the bounce, the movement, and the fun.
