RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A return authorization from QPAU Customer Care and proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. Unless your product is confirmed defective by QPAU Customer Care, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (in its original packaging).
Once Customer Care has received your item, we will notify you of the status of your exchange or refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund. Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
